My work has consistently focused on people —and the environments around them.
My background combines business and organisational psychology with experience from advisory work, facilitation, organisational development, startups and public communication.
I have facilitated conversations and workshops about teams, employee development, collaboration, wellbeing and performance; worked closely with organisations in fast-moving environments; and contributed to wider public conversations about mental health, diagnoses, neurodiversity and modern working life.
Across those settings, the most interesting questions are rarely about people in isolation. They are about the relationship between people and the systems, cultures, technologies and expectations around them.

I draw on research and theory to sharpen the questions, not to make the work unnecessarily academic. Practical experience keeps the conversation grounded. Facilitation and communication make the insight usable.
The aim is not to reduce people to types or offer one-size-fits-all answers. It is to create clearer understanding, better conversations and thoughtful action.
